Ah my first up to date post! Tonight I cooked 3 kinds of dumplings, pork w/
Thai chilies, pork w/ shrimp, and pork w/ 2 kinds of mushrooms. To companion my dumplings I made char
siu (Chinese BBQ Pork), some steamed rice, and garlic stir fried broccoli!
